Defective handlebars

On or about 2/25/2024 I ordered a new handlebar for my Harley. Upon receiving them, I found them defective. The throttle grip would bind on the bar, not allowing it to return to idle. After speaking with Jason L. in customer service, I followed his instructions, picture and a brief description of the problem. I returned the handlebar and upon J&P receiving them, they sent another one. Down time. Upon receiving the 2nd one, this too was defective, same problem, throttle binds. I also contacted Burly, the manufacturer of the bars, and they acknowledged that there was a manufacturing issue. I sent this response to Jason L. Jason then informed me that I would need to take pictures again, another description of the problem, send them back and wait until they received them before they would send me another bar..more down time. I informed Jason L. that was unacceptable. That he needed to send me a replacement bar, of equal or greater value, upon receipt, I would inspect them and then send them back. I have since sent numerous emails and left messages for someone to contact me, no one has. J&P has my money, and I have no useable product. Im frustrated beyond words!

Over charge. Didvnot stand by their work

Had a couch done on my 1997 Yamaha,1300 royal star price stated a 440 quote then when they had it apart went to 690 then 900 then after I finally got it back it was not right they lo,,oked at it about eight times. Losses clutch and then finally They took it, reopened it up said it kicked the cup in the hydronic clutch sideway remind you they replaced in the first part of the job charged me 400 more for rehoming it so taking the job now in total to 1400

Note I still had to bleed the clutch several times after talking with a Harley tech who after telling him wno i would not hat going he told me the fluids was contaminated he was right bleed and walla it was fixed so basically I had to fix my self after they failed very unhappy that them .

Checking on my order

Trying to get your phone number to find out about my order status had to give out my personal information just to get your phone number just ridiculous and a waste of my time. Ive never heard of a company asking for somebodys email to try to get their phone number. I guess its something new with JP cycles. I wont be calling back.

My wiring harness is bad one wire is not hot

The brown wire in the wiring harness is hot going in the relay but coming out of the relay is dead all other wires are hot

I have gotten a lot of tires from you guys and parts had stuff shipped to Las Vegas at my other address and had stuff shipped here I asked him about a price on a tire he said there be no discount I told them I can buy it from the dealership here in town for cheaper than that and he says go ahead and buy it somewhere else

Problem with gas tank

I ordered a gas tank from you sept 10, and after painting it realized that the petcock is on the wrong side. When i ordered it , it said it fit my bike. 1996 sportster xl1200c Your part number is 720****. The order number is W576****. Im wondering if this can be exchanged, for one that the petcock is on the correct side.

Missing a tire

I called 7/20 J&;;;;;;;;;;;;;P because only 3 out of 4 tires were delivered. I called ups and they confirmed only 3 tired were picked up. I talked to a young lady who said she may be able to ship one yet that same day 7/20..Now I find out it's not due until tomorrow 7/27?? from KY. to Mi is about 2 days via ups..not happy with your delivery or service

after receiving 3 out of 4 tires that took too long to ship in the first place, I called and was told that the tire would be shipped out THAT DAY 7/20. Not true, it wasn't shipped until 7/22?! Here it is 7/27 and still no tire? maybe it's in the driveway when I get home. Not satisfied or impressed
